The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for an Expeditor (Part Time) at Quattro Restaurant.

Essential function of the job:

Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line
Ensure accuracy of orders with strong attention to details, allergies, and special requests
Effectively communicate with Servers
Assist the Server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards
Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to work mainly the morning shifts.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Ability to carry and balance a tray
Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
