MVLE provides superior services to individuals with disabilities. MVLE is a critical component of the Group s continued growth plan within DC and surrounding area including Virginia.

The Executive Director of the MVLE portfolio will have full P/L responsibility for all operations, currently forecasting $12 MM in revenue, serving over 600 individuals and with 165 employees.

GOALS OF THE POSITION:

Our goal is to significantly grow MVLE over the next 3 to 5 years by significantly growing the existing portfolio but also pursuing mergers and acquisitions.


Growing the business profitably amidst an evolving health and disability landscape through best-in-class strategies, brand development and revitalization, expansion, and robust channel development including fundraising is an essential component of success.


This role demands the vision and leadership ability to design, institute and deliver groundbreaking services and programs as well as building a consulting and advisory capacity, all of which measurably and meaningfully uplift the lives of individuals with disabilities.


As the Executive Director of the MVLE brand, this pivotal position is tasked with refreshing MVLE s vision, as well as significantly developing its operational growth and marketing strategies. These tasks will include successfully steering the direction of MVLE, maximizing the brand and growth potential, while ensuring its integrity and uniformity across the MVLE portfolio. The position requires senior level marketing acumen and operational command; demonstrated business development mastery is indispensable.


The role also demands adeptness in pioneering digital transformations, and expert skill in blueprinting and executing strategies that champion innovation, workplace and workflow efficiency, and comprehensive stakeholder engagement.


There are currently 5 active MVLE board members with plans to expand. The executive director will work collaboratively with the board of directors ensuring their contribution to the overall success.

The Executive Director will be a vital strategic partner of The Fedcap Group Chief Executive Officer in elevating and championing progress for people with disabilities throughout our global footprint.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Planning and Growth: Drive the formulation of strategic growth plans, setting ambitious targets and guiding the organization in achieving these mission and business objectives. Specifically, the incumbent should demonstrate the capacity to scale the business from the existing $12M to $50M+ within the next 2-3 years
  2. Strategic Marketing and Brand Management Leadership: Cultivate an ever-evolving, responsive, and proactive vision for MVLE; harness innovative marketing avenues to boost brand visibility and revenue; and engage dynamically with our core demographic to ensure attuned service delivery.
  3. Growth: Expand the organization s online and direct-to-consumer business, enhancing brand and marketing capabilities, especially on digital platforms.
  4. Support the M&A pipeline, enhance fundraising efforts and leverage the MVLE brand awareness as well as drive efficiency across the back-office infrastructure with a view to maximizing opportunities.
  5. Capacity Building and Relations: Nurture strong relationships with MVLE across our Group s platform, providing mentorship, support, and facilitating their development and growth. Regularly assess and refine existing offerings, while pioneering innovative solutions that address gaps in the disability service landscape.

6. Financial Management: Lead strategic growth plans, manage complex financial landscape, and guide the organizations in achieving financial, mission and operational objectives.

  1. Operational Management: Oversee operations, ensure above average service management, process optimization, and brand identity across all MVLE units.
  2. Advisory & Advocacy: Develop capacity to serve as a trusted advisor to policy makers, industry leaders, and the broader public on disability-related issues. Champion initiatives that promote inclusivity, break down barriers, and shape a more equitable society for individuals with disabilities.
  3. Talent Acquisition & Development: Attract, retain, and develop key domain leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as adherence to franchising agreements.
  5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on performance, marketing KPIs, financial metrics to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a high-functioning senior team across various domains and companies within our effective "cube" structure.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

We seek an experienced senior executive who can lead an organization through the next transformational phase. This person has led a business through a change process, ideally preserving long-standing company culture while building new capabilities for long-term growth with evolving consumers and funders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field with 10 yrs. experience at the executive level is acceptable.
  2. CEO/President equivalent ready experience with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in executive-level management, with at least 15 years in a senior leadership role.
  3. A proven senior-level executive in sales brand management, strategic financial management, and capacity building.
  4. Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop key domain leaders, and to build capacity at all levels of an organization.
  5. Proven capability to work effectively within a high-functioning, multidisciplinary senior team.
  6. Proven track record of driving growth through the implementation of innovative marketing strategies.
  7. Must have a good working knowledge of both working within government and across the disability sector
  8. Proven communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams, as well as effectively handling a complex set of various external stakeholders.
  9. Proficient in data analysis, performance metrics, and financial forecasting.
  10. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
