This recruitment may be used to fill current and future vacancies as they occur in the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).This position manages the OCL Supportive Services - Case Management program in Reno, Carson City and Elko and oversees the work of the supervisors, professional and administrative staff assigned to support program recipients living in the community. This position is responsible for program compliance with State laws, program development including policies and procedures, staff support and training, data management and quality assurance.ADSD provides an atmosphere of innovative thinking, teamwork, friendly co-workers, and provides a positive working environment. In addition, one year of the above experience must have been at the supervisory level; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.Special RequirementsA pre-employment criminal history check and fingerprinting are required. Persons offered employment in this position will be required to pay for these items.A State of Nevada/FBI background check will be required of the selected applicant.Some positions require professional licensure or certification in a social or medical specialty issued by the appropriate licensing board in the State of Nevada, which will be identified at the time of recruitment.
