What you'll do...

The Walmart Cyber Deception team's mission is to detect, deter , impede, and exhaust potential internal and external threats by applying cyber deception techniques and technology.

Plan to leverage your knowledge and expertise in security engineering and network defense to enhance the security of Walmart's networks and subsidiaries spanning the globe.

What you'll do:

  • Create , deploy, and maintain custom and commercial cyber deception tools and artifacts

  • Learn and apply deception strategies to the world s largest omni-channel retail network

  • Leverage Cyber Threat Intelligence to remain proactive in our cyber deception strategy

  • Partner with internal teams to optimize control efficacy

  • Track and communicate effort outcomes

What you'll bring:

  • Familiarity with common cyber defense and alerting tools and frameworks

  • Subject matter expertise in network defense, security engineering, cloud engineering, or offensive security

  • The ability to merge multiple security disciplines to identify and implement high impact controls

  • Excell ent communication and organizational skills
