Distribution center is looking for a Data Entry clerk.






Job Duties for the Data Entry clerk:


  • Maintain and create spreadsheets to track costumer information, orders and part numbers

  • Transfer data (digital database)

  • Organize existing data in spreadsheet

  • Verify outdated data and maintain records up to date

  • Retrieve date from data base or electronic files as requested





Requirements for the Data Entry Clerk:


  • HS or GED

  • 6 months to 2 years of clerical experience

  • Basic understanding of databases

  • Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Office, strong skill on Excel ( formulas, charts, spreadsheets, graphs, v-lookup)

  • Good attention to detail









Working hours are 8 to 5 Mon to Fri

$14/hr.
