**You will primarily be servicing MGM National Harbor Casino. On occasion, there may be an opportunity to travel to additional locations**
What Will You Be Doing?
- Keep a smile on our customer's faces with first-rate customer service.
- Put in, change around, fix, and/or run updates on Everi products on location at casinos.
- Check in with our customers and our devices to ensure they are running smoothly, see if there are any issues, what those issues might be, and fix problems that arise for our products. Training and other support will be provided, as needed.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED.
- Maintain a Gaming License (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location. Upon hire, Everi internal team members will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
- Help obtained and paid for and/or renewed by Everi upon being selected for the position).
- Ability to take occasional on-call shifts and may need to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Ambitious and motivated individual who loves to learn and is comfortable working independently (following the training period), while being part of a cohesive team.
- Basic understanding of Excel for data entry and paperwork completion.
Nice-to-have's:- Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $26 - $30 per hour and is overtime eligible.
