Requirements:- Agency Recruiting Experience: 3-5 years of full desk agency recruiting experience, including: cold-calling/emailing leads, acquiring new clients, and servicing accounts.
- ATS Proficiency: Solid experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Manatal experience being a significant plus.
- CRM Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems to manage client relationships effectively.
- Commission Structure Adaptability: A willingness and drive to work within a commission-only structure, motivated by the potential for very high earnings.
- Industry Experience: Experience in Executive Placement, Finance, Tech, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or Healthcare is a significant plus, offering an advantage in serving a diverse range of clients.
