As a Service Pro, you are our elite! You are responsible for managing the operations of the restaurant as a manager would. A Tokyo Joe's service pro has mastered operations and takes on responsibility for orientation, training and development of new and current team members. We are looking for people with experience in training, can share positive vibes, is a good communicator, and provides top notch service. This role provides an opportunity to empower others be their best. Must be 18+ years old.
$18.50 $21.50/hr with a base rate of $16.25/hr
Responsibilities:
* Create positive guest and team member experiences, creating a fun and energetic vibe
* Work as a team to deliver quality food with great presentation in a timely manner
* Opening and closing the restaurant executing high standards
* Manage others through positive communication, teamwork and delegation to complete tasks
* Cash Handling and Management
* Food, Team Member and Guest Safety, Crisis Management
* Cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and equipment
* Executes and enforces all company standards, policies and procedures
* Mastery of all stations with the ability to motivate, train and develop your team
* Assists in ordering products and supplies
* Facilitates orientations for new hires
