Preferred Qualifications:
Experience drafting briefs and motions
Handling fact and expert discovery
Engaging in deposition and trial preparation
Conducting depositions, cross-examinations, and oral advocacy
Federal clerkship experience (a plus)
Working fluency in Spanish (a plus)

Compensation: Competitive salary of $345,000 - $400,000, depending on experience
