Key job responsibilities


Key Job Responsibilities:


Ensure compliance with all company procedures, Federal/State laws, rules and regulations.


Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to maintain customer satisfaction.


Pack and ship completed PillPacks including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser and shipping


boxes


Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time


Aid the distribution manager and distribution pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing


Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas


Handles basic maintenance of the warehouse and provides cleaning support to the pharmacy.


Responsible for proper product disposal and destruction.


Responsible for the maintenance and filing of packing lists and invoices.


Participates in pharmacy products/supplies inventory management.


Performs material receiving, stocking, and shipping.


Work a flexible schedule - shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours including weekends

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:


High school or equivalent diploma


Ability to perform basic computer functions.


Basic business office skills.


Ability to interface with vendors.


Warehouse work, including the ability to lift 20lbs


Experience multitasking

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)


Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member


Strong organization skills and attention to detail


Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting


standards for productivity and quality
