Job Details

Our designated Move Experts work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving relationship-based sales environment with an uncapped commission package. Top agents are earning $60k+ per year, plus profit share and an exceptional benefits package.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Competitively pursuing and consistently exceeding key performance metrics through both outbound and inbound call campaigns.
  • Living our core values through each and every interaction with teammates, customers and drivers.
  • Owning the companys relationship with customers, which includes: problem-solving, ensuring retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively leveraging our CRM to nurture leads generated from warm phone and web, booking requested services, and expanding customer profiles with upsell services via phone, text, and email.
  • Contributing to and collaborating with a team of people to reach professional and organizational goals.
  • Maintaining status as an expert through continuous development in both professional and personal realms.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is desirable but not required.

  • Bilingual fluency in both written and verbal English and Spanish is a bonus.
