Tejjy Inc. is currently looking for an architect with BIM modeling experience. Candidates on H1 / OPT are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, and Electrical models
- Attending coordination meetings with clients
- Collaborating with other disciplines
- Aiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed
- Exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles
- Assist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities
- Site visits and inspection as and when required
- Maintaining unambiguous communication with all the stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture/ also accepting applicants with Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Experienced in Autodesk Forge, and/or Dynamo
- 2+ years or more of Construction-related experience utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture and/or Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM360, and AutoCAD is preferred
