Esse Health is currently seeking an Advanced Support Representative to be based out of our Central Business Office in Creve Coeur, MO. This is an ideal position for an entry-level IT professional with two - five years related experience.

Summary: The Advanced Support Representative is responsible for total system level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repairs on all equipment at any Esse location. This position works in conjunction with the network administrators, system administrators, and the Helpdesk in the deployment and support of all IT systems. Responsibilities will also include the deployment and on-going maintenance of documentation in relation to supported systems.

In addition, this position will be an escalation path for the helpdesk of Esse Health. This position will work as a Help Desk Representative providing problem/issue reporting, recognition, research and resolution for end users as it relates to NextGen EHR, computer hardware, software and all associated peripherals.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree in the field of computer science preferred or equal experience considered
4+ years of hands on field experience as a Network/PC Technician
2+ years of experience in a fast paced call center environment
Exceptional problem solving skills
Solid communication skills; written and verbal
Critical thinking

Ability to work with multiple customer groups at all levels
Customer service orientation
Project planning skills

Key Qualifications:

Ability to evaluate, problem solve, and construct decisions for implementation of projects.
Ability to set priorities on assigned projects based on business need and impact
Ability to develop project plans and carry through to implementation.
Ability to analyze, interpret and present research findings into clear, concise reports for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
Solid understanding of computer hardware/software
Experience with Cisco switches and routers and wireless technologies
Working knowledge of MS Windows Server 2003/2008,Windows OS XP/7, MS Office, DNS, DHCP
Cisco VOIP knowledge is a plus
Familiar with Citrix XenDesktop support
Microsoft SCCM knowledge is preferred
Experience with networking, clinical operation skills, or previously related medical/clinical knowledge is desired, (NextGen) but not required.

Physical Requirements: Physical requirements of the position include the ability to operate computer equipment as well as the ability to lift, carry and move computer equipment and supplies with reasonable accommodation. Also travel to remote sites as needed.
