The schedule can vary during our busy season.As a Dispatcher - Technician Scheduler, you play a crucial role in helping our heating and air conditioning company run smoothly. Every day, you arrive at our office ready to complete a variety of critical tasks, including dispatching our technicians, maintaining our technicians' schedules, and managing conflict resolution with our customers. You competently prioritize all calls according to customer and operational needs. Highly organized, you maintain our techs' on-call schedules, order parts for service appointments, and process warranties. Attentive to detail, you keep our customer database accurately updated. You maintain constant communication with our technicians and contact our clients if any appointments are delayed.Flexible and adaptable, you also perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of our operations. You happily participate in all company-sponsored training classes. Service-oriented to your core, you always maintain a courteous demeanor with both customers and associates.
