Busy Ford dealership looking for an experienced Ford Parts Counterperson to work in a fast paced environment.
The Parts Counterperson should possess extensive knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer inquiries. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ford Motor Company experience preferred. Bilingual a plus but not required.
Essential Responsibilities:
Selling Ford Parts in a retail and wholesale environment to customers in person, over the phone and through e-commerce platforms.
Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
Maintain a superior level of customer service.
Other duties as directed by management
Qualifications:
Individual with Ford Parts experience required.
One to two years of prior Automotive Dealer Parts department experience in a retail or wholesale environment is strongly recommended.
CDK computerized dealer management system strongly recommended.
Electronic Parts catalog experience with Ford ECAT, Snap-On or Microcat Live.
E-commerce order processing experience with CCC, Parts Trader and OPS Trax a plus.
Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.
Bilingual individuals a plus.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays as part of a flex schedule.
