geo cgi is looking for a System Administrator to be a technical hands-on lead and consultant responsible for designing, managing, and delivering geospatial solutions for the USMC GEO Fidelis

Online Pacific Node, on-site in Okinawa Japan. This position uses technical management and GIS skills to deliver highly available geospatial systems, provide technical leadership, and support our clients with innovative and technically sound solutions. The System Administrator is responsible for requirements gathering, capacity planning, system design, implementation, and compliance. The candidate will execute the responsibilities of a System Administrator, which include:Implementing proven IT/GIS strategies for platform architectureExperience with high availability systems and troubleshooting platform issuesDesigning architecture solutions to support multiple systems feeding data into ArcGIS EnterpriseUnderstanding of ArcGIS Enterprise scaling and implicationsDesigning architecture solutions to administer and support ArcGIS DesktopUnderstanding of DoD Risk Management Framework and experience managing authorization packages within MCCASTVulnerability

of the potential candidate:Bachelor s or master s in Computer Information Systems, Information Science, GIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience in direct support of DoD system administrationSecurity+ CE CertificationsDoD ClearanceESRI ArcGIS Desktop/Enterprise 10.8.1 or greater administration experienceDemonstrated proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS/ArcGIS OnlineExperience with enterprise geodatabase managementAbility to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve complex problemsThe following are
