Here's what you'll do:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Leadership and Development Expert: Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve peak performance.
- Partnership Builder: Collaborate effectively with HR and business partners to understand needs and recommend innovative solutions.
- Technology Champion: Partner with IT to leverage technology to enhance HR processes and functionality.
- Vendor Management Pro: Develop and manage relationships with key vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Change Management Champion: Guide the team and stakeholders through planned system updates and new technology implementations.
- Compliance Champion: Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
To be successful, you'll need:
- 10+ years of HR and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated Expertise: Extensive experience with compensation plans, benefits management, employment law, and HRIS systems.
- HR Trendsetter: A strong understanding of HR industry trends and the ability to anticipate future challenges.
- Communication Master: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Leadership Guru: Proven leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, and a strong focus on employee development.

- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.
