We are searching for a Certified Home Health Aide to serve one of our valued clients in Broomall. He needs assistance with ADLs and safety. Caregiver must have experience with a Hoyer lift and tolerate a dog in the home.
Shifts available: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7pm-11pm.

- Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
- Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
- Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
- Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
- Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the clients physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
- Pennsylvania Home Health Aide (HHA) license, currently active and in good standing
- Hoyer lift experience
- Tolerate dogs
- Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality are strict requirements
- Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work
