The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible for all new account transactions; assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services including retirement accounts, establishing direct deposit and assisting customers queries concerning Bank 34 services; cross-selling the Banks products and services; opening, maintaining and closing of all account types; performing branch clerical duties; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. The Customer Service Representative is also required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the teller operation function.
Cash handling and banking experience required.
