In this role youll be responsible for supporting our Aftermarket team aligning with the companys key strategies, maximizing value to the customers, and increasing the annual revenue.

Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager Supplies & Services (North American Zone)

**In this role you will need to:**

Execute the MI Customer Engagement Model in support of overall business objectives. Learn and deploy all policies and procedure according to defined KPIs.

Present the Markem-Imaje Aftermarket product offerings in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

Receive and take action on alerts and opportunities (Sales Plays) received through Salesforce.

Record and manage all sales related activities, leads and opportunities into Salesforce.

Monitor activities and capture data to track progress of After Sales objectives and campaigns aimed at after sales products and services.

Extract and organize data and results for regular review with management.

Coordinate among different stakeholders in order to address complex deals/quotations and to prepare customer presentations.

Participate in continuous improvement activities to understand products and services more deeply and to enhance career development.

Work closely with aligned Supplies & Services Representative to positively impact revenue results and overall customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

Degree in related discipline with 1-3 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated ability to meet job requirement.

Effective verbal communication skills (in-person, conference calls, presentations) and business writing proficiency (transactional emails; informational - call reports, meeting minutes; persuasive - customer proposals).

Understanding of CRM (such as Salesforce.com) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI).

Strong analytical skills.

Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment while effectively handling competing

priorities and timelines. Agility to take direction from many stakeholders.

SAP or similar database knowledge.

Bi-lingual preferred
