Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong mathematical background.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar System Analyst role.
- Previous exposure to fintech projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in creating technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, and diagrams (uml, drawio).
- Strong analytical abilities to assess complex integration requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and understanding code in C#, Java, or C++ programming languages.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Languages:
- Russian B2+;
- English B2+.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for the B2Trader trading platform.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of business needs to understand and define system requirements.
- System Design:
- Design and create system specifications, architecture diagrams, and data models for mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed solutions.
- Technical Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Document system workflows and processes.
- Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with QA teams to develop test cases based on the system requirements.
- Assist in the testing phase, providing guidance to QA engineers and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of the requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers.
- Problem Solving:
- Analyze and resolve technical and non-technical challenges that arise during the development process.
- Provide innovative solutions to address complex business problems related to the project.
