Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer with expertise in RF, Microwave, Millimeterwave, and Power Electronics technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex engineering challenges and a track record of success in the aerospace and defense sector.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and integrate RF, Microwave, Millimeterwave, and Power Electronics systems for aerospace and defense applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Conduct system analysis, modeling, and simulation to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support testing and validation activities, including environmental testing and electromagnetic compatibility testing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on RF, Microwave, Millimeterwave, and Power Electronics.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, including system architecture, requirements management, and verification/validation.
- Mixture of Hardware and Software Engineering experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse technical disciplines.
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance required.
