Pay Range: $19 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the newly completed floors assisting associates.
- Patrol the floors looking for yellow stickers on desk points and determine if there is an issue.
- Testing desk points that have a yellow sticker and removing the yellow stickers.
- Document any issues resolved and create documentation if not a user error.
- Creating and resolving Client tickets for the work that they complete.
- Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and servers.
- Provides maintenance and support on legacy products.
- Supports Core, server products.
- Performs disk replacement on enterprise storage products
- Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers and peripherals.
- Work with the Neighborhood leads on each floor.
- Push the monitor driver via MECM or assist a person with the driver install from Software Center of associates that are visiting or were missed on the driver deployment.
- Assist users with device connectivity.
