Responsibilities:
This role will ensure that quality standards are maintained ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing short-term and long-term goals and objectives. Working in a collaborative team environment, the Senior Quality Manager will interface with other internal teams such as manufacturing, engineering, and procurement. Migrating quality components from legacy systems to the SAP platform will also be part of the responsibilities. Lastly, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment, training, and professional development of our staff.
Must-Have Skills:
A bachelor s degree is required
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, managing senior and front-line managers
10+ years of Quality Assurance experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective customer relations
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors
Proficiency in global operations
Familiarity with financial reports and budgeting
Strong project management acumen
Strategic mindset for driving organizational objectives
