Bay Area based healthcare organization seeks a Payroll Processor to process payroll for up to 3200 employees. This is a contract role through 1/31/2025 or longer. There is a daily onsite requirement for the 6-week training period with the potential to work hybrid 3 days in office after the initial period.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years payroll processing experience.
  • Experience processing payroll for 1000+ employees.
  • Experience with ADP WFN or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels within an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced work environment, including the ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to detail.
