Filing Clerk - Creative Financial Staffing

Filing Clerk

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm, 9:30am - 6:30pm, or 8:30am - 5:30pm with a 1 hour for lunch

Responsibilities:

Filing Clerk will be filing hard copy/physical paper files - employee file paperwork (some related to open enrollment, some title change related files, and some performance reviews)
Filing Clerk may have to print some things out (from electronic files) in order to file the actual paperwork
Filing Clerk may be asked to assist with other administrative tasks

Requirements:

Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 for Filing Clerk role
1 year+ administrative office experience (must have professional office experience and know what certain files look like, e.g. look at an employee file and know that it goes into the employee file not the manager's file) - OR a previous HR internship
Any HR experience is a plus but NOT required
Previous non-profit experience is a plus but NOT required
Filing Clerk should have basic to intermediate Excel skills (able to enter information into an existing spreadsheet)

Personality Fit:

Strong communication skills because Filing Clerk will be interacting with VP Compliance, Diversity, and HR, VP's boss, and possibly IT staff
Comfortable communicating with staff of all levels - this role will be interacting with VP of Compliance, Diversity, & HR, VP's boss, and possibly IT staff
Organization skills are a must
Excellent attention to detail
