Job Title: Area Manager/Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager - Janitorial Services
Job Purpose:
As Area Manager/Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager -at INC, you will oversee maintenance tasks, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-friendly execution. Managing multiple accounts, leading hiring, training, and maintaining customer satisfaction are key aspects of this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper execution of work at assigned sites.
- Schedule and coordinate custodial duties and current services.
- Supervise work assignments and conduct training for INC employees.
- Administer the INC Safety Program and personnel policies.
- Respond to customer requests and maintain a professional standard.
Experience, Requirements, and Qualifications: - Valid Driver's License required.
- 10+ years of experience managing large janitorial teams.
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
- Experience in recruiting, training, quality control management, and budget management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- College degree in Business Administration highly desirable.
Education: College degree in Business Administration highly desirable.
Travel Requirements: Travel by car to different sites as part of regular tasks.
Salary: Commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications.
Physical Demands: Physically demanding role with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform various tasks for a minimum of three hours.
Working Conditions: Exposure to waste, hazardous materials, and various indoor/outdoor conditions.
