Most of what you will be doing in this warehouse Material Handler role is receiving shipments, unloading, and loading trailers as well as preparing new orders for shipment. Upon permanent hiring, this company offers medical/dental benefits as well as pay increase and generous paid time off.
As a Material Handler You Will:
Utilize sit-down forklifts to efficiently and safely move materials within the warehouse.
Receive, inspect, and accurately document inbound materials. Ensure proper labeling and staging following company policies.
Pull, stage, and deliver orders for production, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts. Return partials to inventory and maintain organized bin locations.
Contribute to a clean work area, follow allergen handling and quarantine procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

The Skills You Have:
Language and Communication: Must read, write, and converse in English. Professional and timely communication with team members is essential.
Physical Requirements: Able to work in varied conditions, lift 50lbs multiple times a day, and perform physical activities such as twisting, crawling, and standing for extended periods.
Safety and Compliance: Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Forklift experience is a bonus
- 6 months of general warehouse experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Location: Redmond
Pay: $20-$22/hr
