**Customer Service Representative**
**On-site Position**
**Payrate: $16.50/hr.**
Call center located in Sandy, UT. Hours of call center operation is 9:00 AM/MST until 7:00 PM/MST 7 days a week. A typical work week will be 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and will include a Saturday or Sunday. Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM/MST until 5:30 PM/MST (2 weeks of training).

* Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
* Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue
* Provide calm conflict resolution and problem resolution for frustrated customers
* Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers

**Requirements:**
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have High School Diploma or GED
* Pass a general background check & 5 panel drug screen
* Have open availability between 9am-7pm MST
* 100% attendance in the first 90 days
