The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring that the highest caliber candidates are attracted to Citi through appropriate on campus marketing and effective screening of candidates. This role will manage the on-campus efforts for a select group of target schools for both summer and full-time recruiting and support the Investment Banking Summer Associate program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work with school teams to create on-campus strategy at assigned target schools. Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including company presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviewsSecure coverage for and attend campus and in-house eventsAssist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campusesManage relationships with key contacts at career centersServe as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process - be able to market the Firm, answer questions, communicate statusManage summer intern program, including onboarding, training, events, appraisal process and offersSupport program management processes including rotations, placements, performance management, compensation, and promotionUpdate and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring and full-time program statistics as requestedPerform ad hoc administrative duties as neededTravel domestically 20-25% of the work-time during peak recruiting seasonThe ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 3 plus years of campus recruiting experienceShould also have:Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Recruiting and Program ManagementAbility to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environmentAbility to interact with sophisticated MBA populationStrong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detailStrong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPointEffective writing and oral presentation skillsStrong project management, creative problem-solving skills and ability to act independentlyTeam player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organizationFlexibility for travel and to work evening hours as needed during peak seasonsJob Family Group: Human ResourcesJob Family:RecruitingTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:New York New York United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:$98,960.00 - $148,440.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
