A well-respected Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Associate to support the Healthcare Services team s senior professionals in industry-focused client advisory as well as originating and executing capital markets and M&A transactions.
This bank has shown resilience in a down market (no layoffs), and has continued to grow through M&A, ECM, and DCM activity.
*Will help with relocation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Execution of assigned investment transactions, including M&A, securities issuance, capital restructuring
*Prepare CIMs, pitch materials and board and management presentations
Experience
- 3+ years of work experience in investment banking, M&A, or transaction advisory in the Healthcare services industry
