Daily Responsibilities Telecommunications Sales Trainee:
- Act as the primary liaison between our clients and their customers.
- Schedule appointments to meet face-to-face with their customers and discuss telecommunication services.
- Enhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty.
- Listen to clients and customers questions and concers and help solve their problems.
- Assist customers in selecting the products and services that best suit their technology and communications goals.
- Facilitate effective delivery and installation by processing upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases.
