Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Project Manager/Operations Manager. The place of performance for this position is in the Washington DC area.

Responsibilities:

Obtain, analyze, and evaluate complex textual and/or quantitative information in order to make comparisons among alternatives or to make recommendations for corrections or improvements in processes, operations, or policies
Organize, direct, coordinate planning and production of all contract activities
Plan and direct tasks
Determine resource requirements and costs
Prepare and produce schedules
Assign tasks to subordinates
Monitor progress of tasks and preparing progress reports
Review products before they are delivery
Communicate with all levels of management orally and in writing
Interfaces with client management including the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Database maintenance and ad hoc reporting
Establish and alter (as necessary) program organization to provide effective contract support.
Provide quality assurance of team deliverable

Qualifications Requirements:

Active Secret security clearance required
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Accounting or other closely related discipline

Experience and Skills:

Minimum six (6) years direct experience in a program management role
Combined ten (10) years project management and program management experience
Excellent oral and written skills
Excellent critical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Must have knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) policies and directives
