Job Details

We are immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative who specializes in Order Entry. The position is full time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm : NO WEEKENDS! We offer benefits and room to grow.

Duties:

  • Enter all incoming orders via phone and email
  • Review product and pricing details with customer
  • Ensure all customer and billing information is accurate
  • Provide updates on orders
  • Process returns [RMA's] as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with order entry in a manufacturing company
  • Proficient in MS Office
