Job Details

  • Work on the newly completed floors assisting associates.
  • Patrol the floors looking for yellow stickers on desk points and determine if there is an issue.
  • Testing desk points that have a yellow sticker and removing the yellow stickers.
  • Documenting any issues resolved and create documentation if not a user error.
  • Creating and resolving service now tickets for the work that they complete.
  • Work with the Neighborhood leads on each floor.
  • Push the monitor driver via MECM or assist a person with the driver install from Software Center of associates that are visiting or were missed on the driver deployment.
  • Assist users with device connectivity.
