Job Details
Work on the newly completed floors assisting associates.
Patrol the floors looking for yellow stickers on desk points and determine if there is an issue.
Testing desk points that have a yellow sticker and removing the yellow stickers.
Documenting any issues resolved and create documentation if not a user error.
Creating and resolving service now tickets for the work that they complete.
Work with the Neighborhood leads on each floor.
Push the monitor driver via MECM or assist a person with the driver install from Software Center of associates that are visiting or were missed on the driver deployment.
Assist users with device connectivity.
