Role Description

  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain inventory records and track inventory movements using computerized systems.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with computerized records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
  • Inspect inventory for damage or defects and report any issues to management.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on inventory activities, such as stock counts, shortages, and overages.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of storage areas to facilitate efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in handling inventory items.



Qualifications

  • 2 years experience with Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relocation not provided
