Role Description
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain inventory records and track inventory movements using computerized systems.
- Reconcile physical inventory with computerized records and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Inspect inventory for damage or defects and report any issues to management.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory activities, such as stock counts, shortages, and overages.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of storage areas to facilitate efficient inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in handling inventory items.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience with Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
