*Job Summary*
Works with the food service director to maintain outstanding customer service, processes sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, along with safeguarding company assets.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently operates POS (cash register) system within the established company guidelines.
* Accurately balances cash drawers.
* Operates all food preparation equipment in a safe manner.
* Understands and follows oral and written instructions.
* Works in a team environment and perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
* Performs other related work, as assigned.

* High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

* Exhibits a high level of professionalism in conduct, work ethics, and appearance
* Dependability, a strong work ethic, and good customer service skills are required
* Demonstrates the interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with customers, food service team, and vendors
* Strong time-management skills; flexibility while working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to follow instructions while working independently
* Ability to receive payment for meal tickets and make correct change quickly and accurately
*Working Conditions / Demands*
This role requires the ability to remain in a stationary position as well as the ability to move about the workplace for long durations. It requires effective communication, the ability to operate machinery, tools, and controls. The role requires the ability to ascend/descend ladders/stairs, and to position oneself in low level positions, detect a variety of chemicals and/or gases. The person in this role must be able to move items up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
