We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Representative to join our team. The Manufacturing Representative will play a crucial role in representing our company to distributors, retailers, and other partners. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, and relationship-building abilities to ensure the success of our products in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion: Promote and educate distributors, retailers, and end customers about our products' features, benefits, and applications.
2. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market presence. Collaborate with sales teams to meet revenue targets.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to partners and customers regarding product specifications, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and marketing strategies.
6. Training and Presentations: Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations for internal teams, partners, and customers.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and R&D to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
