Seeking a Client service associate to join a large and growing Wealth Management firm.

Your role will be a part of a team that supports our Independent Advisor network from an operational and client service perspective and this is the training ground for our organization.
Your role:
- Assist advisors and with questions regarding operational policies and procedures via the phone
- Partner with service team members to ensure a seamless and effortless client experience
- Deal with a busy in bound call environment
- Maintain log of communication with field and custodians
- Respond to inquiries regarding Account Servicing, Cost Basis/Account Transactions, Transfer of Assets Status and Retirement Plans
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in brokerage/financial services, banking, operations and client support
- Retirement Planning certifications a plus
- High school diploma/GED required/ College degree preferred
- MS office skills, knowledge of Salesforce a preference
- Series 7 license preferred, or ability to obtain this
** you will work in rotating shifts starting at 7am latest shift finishes at 6pm
