Your Key Responsibilities
This role is to support the Controlling for the Automotive Aftermarket Division of Schaeffler. The position is to be located in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The responsibilities include:
- Ensure an effective communication and working link between divisional controlling, accounting and local operations.
- Ensure complete implementation and adherence to controlling guideline and other financial guidelines in the organizational unit.
- Support the legal entity planning process for legal entity Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket Mexico.
- Costing and financial analysis for the division and the legal entity.
- Support local management with comments to actual performance by means of a monthly KPI reporting and constant reviews.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, finance or similar (Master degree is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position
- SAP ERP System: FICO is a must + other modules recommended
- Advanced knowledge in business warehouse reports
- Knowledge in cost accounting
- Knowledge of balance sheet KPIs (working capital, cash flow, ROCE)
- Knowledge of project planning and tracking
- Knowledge of main IFRS standards
- Strong analysis, interpretation and presenting skills
- MS Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- English written and spoken proficiency
