The Customer Service and Sales Department is seeking entry-level professionals to conduct market research and develop sales tactics to help our clients maintain their leadership in their industries. We provide our entry-level professionals with the same opportunities and hands-on training that is provided to our experienced / senior-level associates with the goal of transitioning them from junior positions into executive or management positions.
Individuals with a hospitality, customer service, or retail background have in the past shown proven success with our clients. Therefore, it is a definite plus if you can provide these skill sets on your resume!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during off-premise sites
- Cultivate and maintain business relationships in the community
- Assist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leads
- Support customer engagement through direct sales strategies
- Stay up to date on client s product offerings and new sales tactics
- Attend daily meetings - attendance is required
