Responsibilities:
Research, recommend, and manage marketing-related events for 20+ trade shows.
Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are complete by the event deadlines
Manage end-to-end logistics from contract negotiations, pre and post-event marketing, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets
Help track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts.
Represent the company at trade shows and other activities as needed.
Support the events team with the planning and execution of company events
Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team goals and objectives
Requirements:
2-5 years of trade show or event marketing experience
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience negotiating contracts and handling complex budgets
Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects
Excellent project management and organization skills
Sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results in tight timeline
Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Asana
Pay Rate:
$40-$45.30/hour
