Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a proactive and self-sufficient Service Delivery Manager to join our OSI Engineering team. This crucial role focuses on providing Managed Services for our Client, a leading global consumer device company in Silicon Valley. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating interviews, compiling feedback from clients and our recruitment team, facilitating job offers, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for technical personnel.

Key to this role is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders and leaders, and manage operations efficiently in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading recruitment efforts and offering administrative support to our talent acquisition team.
  • Assisting with various project-related tasks and effectively managing a large volume of deliverables.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively following up on tasks and maintaining excellent communication with team members and clients.
  • Interacting with stakeholders and leaders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
  • Managing the onboarding process for over 100 contractors, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
  • Handling conflict, stress, and pressure with composure and effective resolution strategies.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment coordination role, with a preference for experience using Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with managing Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) programs.
  • Proficient in using Slack and working within a MacOS environment.
  • General knowledge of managing operations in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the capability to pivot and handle ambiguity effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle conflict, stress, and pressure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office 365, Teams, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Previous experience in roles requiring exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations while maintaining composure.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration with managers to determine future hiring needs and support for new hires.


Education:

  • A Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources is preferred.


Working Conditions:

  • This is a remote position requiring availability during standard business hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), 5 days a week.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing on the West Coast, especially in California.

Salary Range:

  • $55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE).
