Actalent is hiring an architectural designer for our client in the Northern Virginia area to support interiors work for large scale government and federal projects. client supports large scale government and federal interiors projects.
Job Duties:
- Receive architectural designs and create Revit drawings.
- Create architectural floor plans and layouts.
- Receive redlined Revit drawings and update for accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:- 4+ years of architectural Revit experience (generating floor plans, layouts, interior design, space planning, etc.).
- 4+ years of experience using x-reference command in AutoCAD for architectural drafting.
- 4+ years of experience generating/updating part or whole commercial construction documents in Revit (permit drawings, reflective ceiling plans, elevations, floor plans, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively.
