Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Equity Capital Syndicator at EBW Consulting, LLC. The Equity Capital Syndicator will be responsible for various tasks related to equity capital syndication. This role is located in Overland Park, KS, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of equity capital markets and syndication
- Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Relevant experience in equity capital syndication is a plus
