This role includes nurturing current and future customer relationships through follow-up communications, on-site consultations, data-mining, and general face-to-face customer assistance. This role is responsible for ensuring customer familiarity with the many features and technologies our vehicles have to offer which is achieved by performing on-site demonstrations, as well as providing assistance via phone call/text/video. The heart of this position is ensuring the customer understands that they are welcomed, appreciated, and their expectations are exceeded.

**The Work Stuff:**

* Assist clients with vehicle technology

* Perform professional and knowledgeable demonstrations of vehicles

* Clearly and concisely consult with customers in person, virtually, and by phone Data mine: applying deterministic software to consult with clients regarding a vehicle trade

* Internet lead response

* Data cleansing/merging

* Greeting/directing/assisting/and relationship building with customers

* Maintain dealer training

* Vehicle lot management

* Administrative and Reception duties

* Positive attitude

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

* Comfortable working computers and learning new software

* Ability to learn, retain, and articulate new information

* Ability to independently define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

* Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percentages, and taxes Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

* Self-starter

* Posses the drive, desire, and determination to meet production goals and expectations Must be comfortable communicating with customers on all platforms, ie phone/text/email/video

* Well groomed appearance

* Minimum high school diploma or GED

* Clean driving record

* Willingness to submit, and pass, a pre-employment drug screen and background check Knowledge of new technology and/or electronics is a plus

* Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus

* Customer service or sales experience is a plus
