Position Overview:
Copyleaks is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team. As a key member of the sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our CRM system. This position offers the opportunity for career development and growth within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to assess, recommend, and implement best practices within HubSpot CRM.
- Maintain data integrity through efficient management of data imports, validation rules, and deduplication processes.
- Assist Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in updating sales documentation, aligning collateral materials, and managing deal payments and record-keeping.
- Support the sales team in the creation, response, and submission of RFQs, RFIs and RFPs.
- Conduct HubSpot data maintenance, analyze performance metrics, and assist in Hubspot reporting/dashboard management.
- Assure quality of sales related proposals, presentations and documentation and update as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles with a strong understanding of sales processes and tools.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and maximize its potential for strategic growth.
- Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Collaborative and proactive approach with a bias for action and ownership.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GovSpend, Zoominfo, and Chorus is a plus.
- Prior experience in tender responses is preferred.
