Position Description:


This position is focused on hiring a "seller/doer" Program/Project Manager for our growing West Coast Aviation services. Candidate must have technical knowledge and background in the Architectural, Consulting, Engineering, and/or Construction business and excellent networking skills. Candidate will be working with our leadership team, project managers and engineering staff to deliver projects and expand existing relationships with architecture and engineering firms, owners/authorities, and general contractors. This position will include project delivery responsibilities for Aviation programs related to IT/Security, A/V and other specialty services. The position will work with other program leads to execute projects on time and in established budgets, support contract negotiations, and monitor the financial health of the project.

Breakdown in responsibilities includes roughly 20% of available time supporting BD efforts and 80% project delivery.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Business Development (BD)

Participate in the development of marketing strategies/business plans in collaboration with the Aviation BD lead, and the leadership team.

Anticipate opportunities and trends in the business line, market sector, and in adjacent market sectors.

Work with other vertical market sector leaders and office managers across North America to ensure strategic business growth in the Western region.

Build strong relationships and interact regularly with clients, teaming partners, industry groups and stakeholders linked to the market sector.

Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

Serve as an ambassador for Faith Group in the business line and market sector and be accountable for the implementation and quality of key IT business deliverables.


Project Delivery:


  • Engage the appropriate technical SMEs to work on the project as necessary.
  • Develop and execute the project schedule, including milestones, tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource assignments.
  • Ensure requirements are defined from internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, and lead the resolution of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
  • Ensure project adherence to client policies, standards, and processes.
  • Track, communicate and provide impact analysis of changes to scope, schedule & budget.
  • Develop and execute program management plan as required by the complexity of the project.
  • Produce monthly Project Status reports for client leadership.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration; motivate and direct the team s effort.
  • Ensure project team members and business partners understand their roles and responsibilities within the project.
  • Facilitate favorable contract terms and conditions, cost of sales, gross margin, backlog, and other related financial and business goals.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of risks and commercial terms during the pursuit process.
  • Continuously interact with clients assuring satisfaction with Faith Group services and interact with project delivery personnel to ensure any service issues are identified and addressed in a proactive manner.
  • Reinforce collaboration and team building, ensure client focus, demonstrate commitment to excellence and innovation, and motivate others to ensure positive morale and engagement.


Qualifications:


  • PE License required
  • 8 Years of experience is required
