Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Dean of Nursing at Baptist Health. As the Dean of Nursing, provides vision, leadership, and overall management for all academic services in the specialty area of nursing. Maintains departmental budgets and planning documents. Monitors student recruitment and retention. Administers grants, agreements, and contracts associated with academic support services and student success initiatives. Ensures academic integrity and appropriate credentialing. The role is located in the vibrant Little Rock Metropolitan Area and requires on-site presence.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nursing leadership experience
  • Program Assessment
  • Accreditation knowledge and experience
  • Faculty Development expertise
  • Strong background in Nursing Education
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in a healthcare or educational institution is preferred
  • Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field
