Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent at Optavise. The Sales Agent is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business owners, brokers and existing accounts, while driving revenue growth for the company. The Sales Agent will be responsible for customer service, sales, and insurance training. This is a 1099 position.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation
- Knowledge of insurance and benefits products
- Training experience for brokers and agents
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
